I highly recommend this company!

I worked with Nolan to arrange our move with one pickup location and two drop off locations. He was very quick to respond and made sure our needs were met. The job came in under budget significantly and the crew was respectful and responsible with our possessions. I will use them again for any moving and storage needs!

Amazing!

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent, with thorough explanations and a preliminary invoice. There was also consistent updates leading up to the moving day. The three men who arrived for the move were highly professional and took great care in handling the furniture. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of assistance on moving day.

Inefficient and Inexperienced

This company should be renamed TOTAL DISASTER. Furnishings were not covered, items were completely destroyed and others damaged. They take no accountability. Blame the customer and lie.Beware all and read all reviews before using them. They seem to damage a lot of customers belongings and somehow manage to walk away every time. Their compensation for claims is a complete "joke". They put their price on something that was taken care of by you because they won't repair it as it would cost too much. Not much one can do unless you want to go to small claims court but they will have their backside covered and you, the customer will definitely lose. So save yourself the money and try to look for a reputable moving company...not this one. Guaranteed you will be sorry int he long run.

Cost 400 dollars more than the estimate

Movers were as another review states inexperienced and really dragged their feet upon unloading ( probably to try and make more money). Would 100% never use this company again. I should have gone with my tried and true Calculated moving. Save your time and your money! My estimate was 700 and ended up costing me a total of 1010 for a one bedroom plus den move.

Inefficient and overcharge

Took 3 hours longer than it should have and I was charged 60% more than quoted. Movers were inexperienced and although I paid for them to disassemble and reassemble, that never happened. No floor coverings or precaution is taken which led to damaged walls. What really stands out is the lack of accountability after the job is paid. Tried several time to contact them and never got a reply.

Many thanks to the Total Moving team for the swift and efficient move in Nov 2023. Movers arrived on time and were friendly, very professional and worked quickly and carefully to get the job done fast and in less time than originally estimated with fee adjusted accordingly. Great communication, fast response time and overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend Total Moving!

I'd Hire Them Again...

I was moving right in the coldest part of winter and needed a professional company that did moves into and out of the city. These fine folks fit the bill. When we were discussing what the move involved (estimate of inventory, any stairs, etc) I was given a more than fair quote.

Come move day, they arrived right on time and went right to work. I left them a key to lock up as I had to drive out of town to be at the end point. They took less time than they had quoted me, even with a much deserved break.

These guys got me out of a jam and I can't thank them enough.

Great Experiences

I have now used Total Moving three separate times and have recommended them to friends and family. Each time was professional, efficient, the customer service was exceptional, and the price was fair. I would recommend using Total Moving to anyone.

Total Moving Company Winnipeg- Try TOTAL MISTAKE!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Save yourself a LOT of money and hire a few teenagers that you personally know.

Total Moving sent me 3 teenagers and a 21 year old. There is NO way that these teenagers were trained (and the 21 year old should have been shadowing at least 2 VERY experienced movers, for a LONG time, before ever 'supervising' an inexperienced crew on his own).

What a joke. Except no one was laughing. These children were nice enough fellows, but they had barely any life experience; let alone were they capable of moving property, for their clients that worked hard for their possessions.

Unless you are planning on throwing away most of your furniture anyway, then save yourself the time and (lots) of MONEY.

And don't bother spending the time of labelling which rooms your boxes belong in, because many won't be put in the correct room, let alone on the correct floor.

REGARDLESS of which company you choose, TAKE PHOTOS of ALL of your furniture. This way, if you have to make a CLAIM, you can prove that the damages were caused by the so called 'professionals'.

***Upon making a complaint, management and the owner were nothing short of dismissive and rude. They took zero ownership for sending their inexperienced teenaged employees and the damages they caused***

And let's not forget the $800 plus tax, that I had to pay in overtime charges, because the children had no concept of time management and efficiency.

If I ever move again, I will first vet companies that specialize in moving pianos and antique furniture. Maybe companies that can care for items such as that, can treat furniture with respect...
